How do I contact Monster Casino support?

Two channels, no phone line, and one route out of the building if neither of them fixes it. Here is what we found when we went looking, and what we could not find.

  • Live chat
  • Email
  • No phone line

Use live chat inside your account, which the brand describes as available around the clock, or write to the email address published on its own contact page. There is no telephone support — no number appears on the contact page, the about page or the operator directories we checked, and one of them lists the telephone as not applicable. Any “Monster Casino helpline” you find elsewhere is unverified.

The two channels that exist

Monster Casino is a white-label brand on ProgressPlay Limited's Gambling Commission account 39335, which matters more than it sounds. The people answering are the licensee's support and back-office teams, not a small brand-side crew, and they are the same teams serving the other brands on that account. It is why the tone, the templates and the document requests look familiar if you have ever used one of its sister sites.

Channel

Live chat

Where
Inside the casino, from the help or contact area once you are signed in.
Described as
Available 24/7 by the brand. We have not measured queue times and do not publish a figure we have not measured.
Best for
Quick factual questions, bonus opt-ins, checking whether a document has landed.

Channel

Email

Where
The address printed on the casino's own contact page. Use that one rather than any address on a review site.
Described as
No published response time.
Best for
Anything needing attachments, a paper trail, or a decision from a team that is not on chat.

There is no casino phone number, and this is the fact most often got wrong about this brand. Affiliate pages routinely print a UK landline next to “24/7 phone support”; none of it appears in the operator's own material. Contact details in our own footer belong to this review site, not to the casino. Never call a number you found on a third-party page and read out account or card details.

Which channel to use for what

Picking the right one saves a day. The rule of thumb: if the answer needs a document or a decision, write; if it needs a fact, chat.

Your problemWhat to do

Verification stuck
Email, with the documents attached and the name and address exactly as registered. Chat can confirm receipt but cannot approve the check.
Withdrawal not arrived
Email. Processing takes one business day and the transfer one to seven more, so give it the full window before chasing, then ask for the processing date in writing.
Bonus not credited
Chat first — most of these are a missed opt-in or a deposit below the £20 qualifying minimum, and an agent can see it immediately.
Wagering balance looks wrong
Chat, and ask for the contribution rate of the game you were playing. Contribution varies by title and is the usual explanation.
Payment method rejected
Chat. Mastercard and pay-by-phone cannot receive withdrawals at all, and credit cards are banned for gambling with GB licensees, so the answer is often immediate.
Deposit limit, time-out or self-exclusion
Use the tools in your account rather than a support ticket. They apply instantly; a request through an agent does not.
Formal complaint
Email only, with “complaint” in the subject line. You need the timestamped written record for the next stage.

What to do next if support cannot help

Every Gambling Commission licensee has to run a complaints procedure and has to offer a free alternative dispute resolution service. The sequence is fixed, and skipping a step sends you back to the start.

  1. 1

    Step 1

Put it in writing to the operator. Email, not chat. State what happened, the dates, the amounts, and what you want done. Keep the reply.

  2. 2

    Step 2

Wait for the outcome, or eight weeks. Eight weeks from the date you complained is the point at which you can escalate whether or not you have had a final answer. A written deadlock response lets you go earlier.

  3. 3

    Step 3

Go to the ADR named in the complaints policy. The operator has to tell you which approved provider it uses, and the service is free to you. Send the same evidence pack you sent the operator.

  4. 4

    Step 4

Tell the Gambling Commission. It will not decide your case — it is a regulator, not an ombudsman — but reports feed into compliance activity against the licence, and account 39335 already carries a 2025 enforcement record.

Check the licence and its enforcement history yourself on the Gambling Commission public register. Our sister sites page explains why the same complaints route applies to every brand on that account.

How this compares with four other UK brands

Support setups vary more than you would expect between brands holding the same kind of licence. These four are ones whose contact pages we have read directly.

Two patterns stand out. First, a published phone number is now the exception rather than the rule among UK casino brands, so its absence at Monster Casino is normal rather than a red flag. Second, “24/7 support” is a claim the brand makes about itself; only Grosvenor, among these five, publishes hours that are narrower than the marketing. When a brand states hours that are less convenient than round-the-clock, that is usually a sign the figure is real.

Our check: what we looked at and when

So you can repeat it, or disagree with it.

  • 17 September 2026. Read the brand's own contact and about pages, and its withdrawal help page. The subpages are rendered in the browser rather than served as plain HTML, so they were read in a headless browser rather than by fetching the source.
  • 17 September 2026. Cross-checked a third-party operator directory, which listed the telephone contact for this brand as not applicable.
  • 18 September 2026. Confirmed the licensee, the licence status and the regulatory-action record on the Gambling Commission public register, account 39335.
  • What we did not do. We did not time a chat queue or a mail reply, so this page quotes no response-time figures. A single unrepeated measurement is not evidence, and publishing one as though it were is how “average response 2 minutes” ends up on a hundred identical pages.
  • Removed as unverifiable. A 24-hour telephone line, a named support manager, and any specific response-time promise. None of them appear in the operator's own material.

Chat is inside the account

Both support channels sit behind the login, so the first step is an account. New players get 100% up to £1,000 plus 100 spins at 10x wagering, with a £20 qualifying deposit.
